Casey’s Oil and Propane is pleased to announce that Matt Buckley has joined their family-owned and operated company. Buckley, who resides in Jamestown with his wife and two toddlers, studied business administration at the University of Nevada Reno. After college, Buckley attended the New England Fuel Institute (NEFI) and began working as the 4th generation of his family’s business that was sold in 2010.
Since 2010, Matt has worked hard to maintain the level of service that his Great Grandfather started in the early 1900’s. Casey’s Oil and Propane was established in 1993 and carries the same local and core values that the Buckley family operated under for 90 years.
Casey’s, a growing oil and marine diesel provider, is now expanding into residential and commercial propane sales and deliveries. They are constructing a brand-new office and garage space in Portsmouth, so they can continue grow and better service Rhode Islanders. “I wanted to get back to my roots, and work for a family-run business where I can focus on serving the customer. With Casey’s expanding into the propane market, I found it to be a great fit for me to join their team,” Buckley said.
Casey’s Oil and Propane is planning to open in Portsmouth this fall at 1596 West Main Rd.
