
PROVIDENCE – McInnes McLane LLP, a law firm based in Worcester, Mass., that specializes in intellectual property, in late November established a new office in Providence, on the second floor of the Shakespeare Hall building at 128 Dorrance St.
Founded in 2013, McInnes McLane identifies itself as a boutique firm that builds customized solutions for clients. Its legal specialization includes patents, trademark, copyright and litigation matters. The firm was attracted to Rhode Island by the entrepreneurial focus of the state, according to a spokeswoman.
