McKee unveils plan to lower state paint-recycling fees

PROVIDENCE – Lt. Gov. Daniel J. McKee has announced a plan to reduce the paint-recycling fees imposed on consumers by Paint Care, a multimillion-dollar national organization responsible for running the state’s paint-recycling program.
