What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Slow down in life to embrace the little moments, as they are, in fact, significant.
What moment changed your life more than any other? On the day after 9/11, in my anthropology class at Brown University, we discussed the event and its impact on us. I took a position that was different from most, and it got the attention of another classmate. Enough so, that she and I became best friends. Three years later, I asked her to marry me and she said “yes.”
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Newport Creamery’s Awful Awful, chocolate mint.
