MIDDLETOWN – The horse farm property at 172-178 Fayal Lane was sold for $1.4 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Friday.

The 27.5-acre property includes six turnout sheds and eight stalls.

The seller, Idle Hour Farm LLC, was represented by Judy Chace, broker and co-owner of Mott & Chace. The buyers were represented by Kimberly McHale, sales associate at Mott & Chace.

“It’s a wonderful feeling to have been able to sell this amazing farm for the full asking price while ensuring that it will remain an equine facility,” said Chace in a statement.
