2. Enotap files for bankruptcy; owners to manage Sakonnet Vineyard POSTED ONLINE: MAY 29. Enotap LLC, which produces the Anchor & Hope wine brand, has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. 3. Ricci sentenced to 3 years in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud, money laundering POSTED ONLINE: MAY 28. North Kingstown contractor Ernest P. Ricci, 62, will serve three years in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud, money laundering and other charges. He must also pay more than $200,000 in restitution to the government.
