LINCOLN – MG Commercial Real Estate has leased 4,560 square feet of office space in a flex space building at 40 Albion Road to MSC Industrial Supply Co., a distributor of metalworking and maintenance equipment and services.
MSC, based in Melville, N.Y., has operations in 85 locations and more than 6,000 employees.

The flex office space is on a campus of three buildings. Other office tenants include Colgate-Palmolive and Mars Chocolates, according to MG Commercial.
The lease was announced on April 5.
