PROVIDENCE — A multifamily home at 13 Cushing St. in College Hill sold recently for $1.14 million, the highest sale of a multifamily in the neighborhood in more than two years, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the sellers and facilitated the transaction for the buyers.

The sales associate involved was Michael J. Sweeney.

The Cushing Street residence has ready access to the historic areas of the East Side, and an easy walk to downtown Providence and its cultural amenities, according to the firm.
