With a background as a Certified Dental Assistant, Nancy joined Delta Dental of Rhode Island in 1997 in the Dental Case Management Department, where she was involved in clinical review for restorative, periodontal, and oral surgery pretreatments and claims. Nancy later became a Professional Relations Representative and now leads Delta Dental of Rhode Island’s Professional Relations team in support of dental providers .
