PROVIDENCE – The beachfront property at 108 Sand Hill Cove Road in Narragansett sold for $2.1 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International this week.
The 2,760-square-foot, four-bedroom home has three levels with three baths, and new decks, all on a half-acre of direct beachfront property on Sand Cove Beach. The home was built in 1940.
The property has views of Block Island and the Harbor of Refuge.
Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and the selling company. John Hodnett, principal broker and owner, represented the seller and Gregory Arakelian, sales associate, represented the buyer.
