NARRAGANSETT – A three-story home at 223 Bonnet Shores Road in Narragansett was sold for $1.5 million in June, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International.
The sale is the highest sale in the Bonnet Shores neighborhood year to date.
The 2,400-square-foot home was designed to capture views of the Jamestown and Newport Bridges, as well as the Beavertail and Dutch Island lighthouses. The home has four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage.
The Bonnet Shores neighborhood provides beach and boat access near the recently sold property.

Lila Delman Real Estate International represented the buyer in the sale.
The property last sold for $1.35 million in April 2013 to Kevin Masse, according to Vision Government Solutions.
