Narragansett Victorian sells for $750K

NARRAGANSETT – A property in the Narragansett Pier historic district has sold for $750,000 and will be renovated as part of an upcoming documentary series, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the sellers.

The property at 110 Boon St. is within walking distance of Narragansett Town Beach.

The buyer, identified as Boon Street Holdings LLC, will be working with custom builder Davitt Design Build in a complete restoration.

Owned by the Cottle family since 1960, and previously operated as Seafield Bed & Breakfast, the home sits on a one-third-acre lot. It was built in 1887. The former owner, identified as Seafield Cottage LLC in town records, sold the property on Jan. 21.
