How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? Leading with empathy and flexibility.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? The ALS Soak the CEO challenge, ACS Making Strides Walk, American Heart Association Walk and paint nights.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Partnership with Crossfit gyms, built an on-site gym, created a serenity space, created a walking path, chair massages and provided a lot of resources and programs for employees to help with behavioral health challenges.

What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in the past 12 months? We changed our tuition reimbursement program to provide funding upfront versus having employees wait to complete their program for reimbursement. Additionally, we added a process for employees who need additional financial assistance to pay for advancing their education.
