What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Free fruit daily, a “Bevi” water station, on-site fitness center and serenity space, outdoor walking paths, and access to healthy Wednesday Webinars that offer tips to eating healthily, sleeping soundly, etc.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We partner with local minority organizations and agencies on recruitment and business initiatives and engage with diversity recruitment company Circa Works to recruit diverse talent.
