The Branches of North Attleboro
40 Robert F. Toner Blvd., North Attleboro
Breaking ground in September 2016, Benchmark Senior Living is gearing up to present a first-of-its-kind, senior-living community in North Attleboro. The 60,000-square-foot, $13 million
project is expected to be completed in November. The Branches, which can accommodate up to 104 people, is made up of studio apartments featuring private baths with walk-in showers, 11-foot ceilings and built-in closets and dressers. Each handicap-accessible studio is equipped with smart technology such as “smart” lighting, AC and heating systems and emergency call buttons for residents. The community, which plans to hire close to 100 people and will be staffed 24 hours a day, encourages connections through shared common spaces – each unit has a shared kitchenette, and the community at-large will have a dining room, bistro, library and fitness center. In addition, The Branches will have a secured memory-care community on-site.
