New NFI software offers unlimited design options

NEW BEDFORD – Printed-graphics company Nameplates for Industry, or NFI Corp., has introduced HP SmartStream Mosaic software, the company announced in a press release. HP Mosaic, the company said, is used by brands such as Coke, Nutella and Bud Light.

The software allows the New Bedford-based company to print unlimited designs for products such as mouse pads, coasters, plastic labels and luggage tags on its HP Indigo 5500 Digital Press. It allows for personalization of collateral in large quantities.

“Our … designers are excited to use HP Mosaic to create truly custom graphic solutions that meet specific requirements and offer eye-catching individuality,” said Steve Moniz, director of the NFI Design Studio.

Company CEO and President Renaud Megard, who acquired the company in June, calls the software “a tool that widely expands the creative possibilities for our clients.”
