The 11 Governor Bradford Drive home contains four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bathroom. The home was constructed last year by Fred Almeida, a local builder and developer, the real estate firm said.

The two-story home, with a red-cedar shingle exterior and Azek trim, features 9-foot ceilings, oversized Andersen 400 Architect Series windows and hardwood floors throughout, Residential Properties said in its announcement of the sale. The home also features built-in storage, crown molding and two fireplaces.
The kitchen, with a white-on-white design, features a large center island, cottage-style cabinets, quartz counters, Professional Series Thermador appliances, and polished nickel Rejuvenation hardware.
The home features a two-bay garage connected to the home by a mudroom, which features custom-built seating and cubbies, the real estate firm said.
The home was most recently valued by Barrington assessors in fiscal 2023 as being worth a total of $937,700, with $585,000 of that attributed to the 0.55 acres of land.
Residential Properties sales associate Nancy Weaver represented the seller as the listing agent in this transaction, while the buyer was represented by Robert Bohlen, of RE/MAX 1st Choice.
According to the warranty deed, a public record of the sale, the home was sold by Alfred Almeida, of Barrington, and purchased by Todd Pulvino and Kathleen Pulvino, of Sarasota, Fla.
