NEWPORT – The property at 146 Brenton Rd in Newport was sold for $7.3 million, Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty announced Friday.

The 6,232-square-foot home sits on 3.7 acres, has four bedrooms, seven full and two half baths, and a pool. The property is said to have ocean views from every room in the house. Gustave White called the property “Seabright.”

The sale closed on Jan. 9. The seller was Anthony W. Ruggerio, who bought the property in 2011 for $4.6 million. The buyer was Pumo LLC, according to property records. The grantee (or buyer) in the deed had the listed address of Craig S. Primis and Tara B. Primis in Chevy Chase, Md.

Michelle Kirby of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent, and Nicole Sheusi-Church of William Raveis Providence represented the buyer.
