PROVIDENCE – The sale of the Nicholson Estate, including properties at 315 and 325 Slater Ave. and 280 and 288 Blackstone Blvd., totaled $3.8 million, making the transaction the highest sale on the East Side in 2019, according to a news release from Residential Properties Ltd.
The property was part of a large land estate, which was subdivided for redevelopment. The sale preserves the original Nicholson house, as well as a portion of the property.
