NORTH KINGSTOWN – A custom-built home in a small residential enclave sold recently for $1,075,000, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International, which represented the sellers in the transaction.
The house, at 92 Hidden Mere Lane, has 4,416 square feet across two levels, as well as four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three fireplaces and a three-car garage. The interior finish includes cherry floors, coffered ceilings and a gourmet kitchen.
The house was built by Sweenor Builders Inc., based in South Kingstown.
