Fidelity’s Well for Life initiative includes on-site healthy dining options, health and wellness centers, preventative screenings, wellness exams, coaching and immunizations. Ergonomic assessments, access to counselors, mindful meditation messages and referrals to a backup dependent-care service are designed to alleviate associates’ stressors.

Fidelity ramped up in 2014 with four new health and wellness centers, enhancements to discounted health insurance premiums for active associates and $300 reimbursement for associates’ fitness expenses.
