WESTERLY – A nearly 900-square-foot condominium at Ocean House has sold for $1.8 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Friday.
The unit, called White Caps Suite 3-6, is part of a Forbes five-star resort hotel which offers buyers amenities including private access to the beach, with cabanas, a lap pool, croquet, squash and access to tennis and golf.
The sellers were represented by Donna Simmons, a sales associate with Mott & Chace. Simmons also facilitated the transaction for the buyers, according to a news release.
