LITTLE COMPTON – An oceanfront home sited on more than 2 acres on Taylor’s Lane South has sold for $4.6 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the buyers.
The property at 39 Taylor’s Lane South included 4,200 square feet of living area. The house has vaulted, wood-beam ceilings and a large outdoor living area. It has sweeping southwestern views of the Atlantic Ocean.
According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the transaction is the highest in Little Compton in more than two years.
