In the past year, Ortho RI’s wellness program began offering on-site cooking demonstrations providing healthy recipes and cooking tips from a professional chef. To help team members relax during busy workdays, the company brought in a massage therapist to perform 10-minute chair massages, available at all Ortho RI locations.
The company’s well-being rewards program not only enables employees to customize their experience based on their preferred health and wellness goals but it also offers various financial well-being programs such as access to financial advisers, 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.
