The two-story home, constructed in 1988, comes with a deep-water dock, and an 800-square-foot inground gunite pool and a cabana, the real estate firm said.

The first floor features French doors, and a kitchen with handcrafted cabinetry, a butler pantry and an island, Lila Delman Compass said.

The primary suite features a deck overlooking the property and a custom closet with Swarovski crystal knobs, along with a bathroom with radiant heated floors and a steam shower, according to Lila Delman Compass. The property also comes with a whole-house generator, the real estate firm said, and the lawn is equipped with sprinklers, a water fountain and a granite seating area with an outdoor gas fireplace.

The waterfront home was most recently valued by Charlestown property assessors in 2023 as being worth $4.54 million, according to the town’s online property tax evaluation database. Of that amount, $2.87 million is attributed to the land, and the rest is from the house.

Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Compass’ Watch Hill office represented the buyer and the seller.

According to the warranty deed, a public record of the sale, the home was sold by Richard Chase and Cheryl Chase, of Sarasota, Fla., and it was purchased by Eddie Leshem and Jannine Leshem, of Simsbury, Conn.
