PBN announces 2019 Healthiest Employers

PROVIDENCE – Providence Business News has named the 31 honorees for the 2019 edition of the Healthiest Employers recognition program.

The companies were judged based on responses to more than 60 questions that encompass communication and marketing, culture and leadership commitment, foundation components, programming and interventions, reporting and analysis, and strategic planning by organizations to promote wellness.

The honorees will be celebrated at an Aug. 8 luncheon at the Providence Marriott Downtown, where the rankings will be revealed, including the top honorees in each of the five size categories.

The evaluation and scoring of the applications was done by Healthiest Employer LLC, which works with more than 6,000 employers across the nation to promote workplace wellness and provide information for organizations to improve their staffs’ health.
