PBN HAS REDESIGNED its homepage to give readers easier access to our award-winning journalism.

PROVIDENCE – PBN.com is undergoing a makeover … well, not a complete makeover. In an effort to give readers easier access to more of our award-winning journalism, the PBN.com homepage will now feature more stories from that week’s print edition along with that day’s latest news and single-topic e-newsletter.

It will be easy to distinguish print edition stories. They may be a “Top Story” or one of the “Featured Stories” located at the top left and top right of the home page, respectively. Stories from the print edition will have a key next to them, indicating that only subscribers can read them. Just to make it easier for you right now, go HERE to subscribe to PBN, either print and digital, or only digital, and get access every day, all day to PBN.

Every day’s news, located underneath the “Latest News” heading, as well as oftentimes in the “Featured Stories” module, will be stories that PBN finds the most interesting and relevant to you and your business and that are published only online. This collection of stories is updated throughout the day, produced by PBN’s editorial staff as well as its Bloomberg News partner. You will be able to read a limited number of these stories after registering for the site, but to get access to all of them throughout the week, you will need a subscription (see above for the link).

And finally, some of our most dedicated readers looking for our daily, single-topic e-newsletters – Health Care Update on Mondays, Banking & Finance Update on Tuesday, Technology & Manufacturing Update on Wednesday, Real Estate Update on Thursday, and Nonprofit & Education Update on Friday – will find them under their individual topics, which are updated every day underneath the “Top Story” piece. To sign up for any of them, go HERE.

The rest of the site will remain the same, with a section devoted to that week’s print edition, sponsored content, the weekly online poll and other features. If you haven’t already seen our new look, go to PBN.com and check it out.
