The Procaccianti Group is expected Tuesday morning to announce plans to turn the former Providence Police and Fire Station on LaSalle Square in Providence into a 22-story Class A office tower.
According to a news release, the firm plans to spend more than $2 million on the project. The 496,000-square foot office tower will also include a parking facility for more than 500 vehicles and a 25,000-square-foot retail component, which was described in the news release as “pedestrian friendly.”
The project is expected to be the city’s largest office space development in decades.
