Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes, approximately 60 staff members are able to work remotely and others have the option to flex their work week to include partial work-from-home options. Direct patient care staff need to be present at the clinics, though.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Very mission-driven. Providing access to health care in the communities we serve is first and foremost, as is assessing barriers that may exist to getting good health care.
