PROVIDENCE – Providence is losing the 95th U.S. Conference of Mayors, the mayor’s office confirmed Wednesday. The conference was expected to generate more than $2 million in local economic activity, according to Kristen Adamo, president and CEO of the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau.
