An announcement from the magazine about the list described Falvey as promoting “change and innovation while structuring risk vehicles in new ways.” As the leader of the company’s software development team, Falvey steers the division to push out “industry-leading technology and platforms.”
Falvey and his team “ensure that all functions are working properly so the company’s approximately $80 million in GWP [gross written premium] can be properly underwritten with claims paid,” the announcement said.
“One of Falvey’s most significant accomplishments has been the creation of a $175 million primary vessel pollution facility for the MGA Safe Harbor Pollution Insurance – the largest pollution facility in U.S. history,” it added.
“Falvey led the negotiations, structuring, contract reviews and final sign-offs for the deal, which was a game-changing event for a market that had been dominated by one company for more than 40 years.”
