R.I. Judiciary temporarily closes 2 county courthouses during COVID-19 pandemic

PROVIDENCE – The R.I. Judiciary has shut down two county courthouses temporarily due to the coronavirus crisis, according to an executive order signed by R.I. Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell. The courthouses are the McGrath Judicial Complex for Washington County in South Kingstown and the Murray Judicial Complex for Newport County in Newport.
