CRANSTON – Rhode Island’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in January was 4.6%, up from the revised 4.5% rate in December, the R.I. Department of Labor and Training said Thursday. The U.S. unemployment rate was 4% in January, down from 4.1% in December, according to the DLT. The Rhode Island jobless rate was 3.9% in January
