
WARWICK – The median sale price of single-family homes in Rhode Island continued to climb in August, rising 4% from a year earlier to $510,000, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors said Friday. Sales in August fell 4.6% year over year to 767, while pending contracts dropped 2.3% from a year ago, the agency said.
