Tom Dunn represents the construction industry (owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers) in Rhode Island and throughout New England. He advises clients on diverse matters including high-stake complex, multi-party trials, arbitrations, mediations, other forms of alternative dispute resolution, statutory mechanic’s lien actions, payment/performance bond claims, and construction contract drafting/negotiation. Tom prides himself on active listening and regular communication with his clients. He enjoys counseling construction companies and owners on dispute avoidance so that the project may be successfully completed without costly and extended legal matters. But, if a dispute is unavoidable and justified, Tom is undoubtedly his clients’ strongest advocate and defender.
