CHARLESTOWN – The Randall Family of Cos. has announced a merger affecting its Cape Cod market. Real Estate Associates, of Cape Cod, headquartered in North Falmouth, has merged with the Kinlin Grover Real Estate brand, part of the Randall Family of Cos.
Real Estate Associates, a family-owned firm, has a 40-year history on Cape Cod in residential real estate.
The Randall Family of Cos., headquartered in Rhode Island, now has 35 offices, including 24 on Cape Cod, the south coast and the south shore of Massachusetts, five in Rhode Island and six in Connecticut.
