Residential Properties Ltd. and more than 200 guests recently celebrated the company’s 25th anniversary at The RISD Museum. Formed in Providence in 1981, the company is now the largest privately held real estate firm in Rhode Island, with 150 full-time sales associates in seven offices.
“We thought the RISD Museum would be a fitting venue,” said Sally Lapides, CEO and co-founder of Residential Properties. “We are so lucky to be selling in this artistically rich community and this event is a chance for us to reflect on that honor.”
“I am so pleased,” said Libby Isaacson, chief operations officer. “It is truly gratifying to have so many people excited to celebrate this milestone in our company’s history.”
