Rebecca Cox Named Title Counsel in CATIC’s Rhode Island Office

 

CATIC®, New England’s largest domestic title insurance underwriter, is pleased to announce that Attorney Rebecca Collinson Cox has been appointed title counsel in CATIC’s East Providence office. Attorney Cox will join Attorney Anthony Montalbano and Attorney Linda Tessman in providing underwriting support to CATIC agents for both commercial and residential transactions.

Prior to joining CATIC, Attorney Cox was in private practice in Providence, Rhode Island. She has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, including sophisticated acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, commercial lending, mergers, franchising, and client counseling.

 

In making the announcement, Anne Csuka, CATIC’s Senior Vice President-Operations, noted the wealth of experience that Attorney Cox will bring to her new position. “Rebecca’s extensive background in all facets of real estate transactions will prove invaluable to the CATIC agents she will serve.”

 

Attorney Cox received her undergraduate degree from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA, and her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Title Standards and Practices Committee.
