WESTERLY – An oceanfront home in the Weekapaug area of town has sold for $3.6 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate, which represented both buyer and seller.
The transaction is the highest sale in Weekapaug since June 2017.
The property, 54 Wawaloam Drive, covers 4,619 square feet and has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and multiple decks.
