Sharon Collier has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources at the Rhode Island Foundation, where her responsibilities include hiring, employee relations, professional development, and benefits and payroll management. Most recently, Collier was Human Resources Manager for Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education and Diversity Manager at Fleet/Boston Financial.
