Richard A. Frusher II has been promoted to vice president/application development team manager for Citizens Services Platform Group at Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 1997, most recently serving as assistant vice president/applications delivery manager for Citizens Services Group branch automation. Frusher received an associate’s degree from the New England Institute of Technology in Warwick. He lives in Cranston.
