HOPKINGTON – The R.I. Department of Environmental Management has purchased the 68-acre Princess Pine Estate on Wincheck Pond for $1.66 million.  The property on North Road will be open to the public and incorporated into the department’s Division of Fish and Wildlife Rockville Wildlife Management Area.   The state will manage the property for hunting, fishing and trapping opportunities, as well as for
