Robert G. Flanders Jr. has joined Whelan, Corrente, Kinder and Siket LLP, where he will lead the firm’s business litigation practice. Flanders served on the R.I. Supreme Court from 1996 to 2004 and most recently served as partner and litigation chairman at Hinckley Allen. He holds a B.A. in English and American literature and earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
