Ronald S. Ohsberg has been promoted to senior vice president and director of corporate reporting at Citizens Bank.
He will prepare the financial statements of Citizens Financial Group and its subsidiaries.
Ohsberg previously was a senior vice president and director of accounting and financial analysis for FleetBoston Financial.
He has a B.S. in accounting and finance and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
