BARRINGTON – A coastal home in the Rumstick Point neighborhood of Barrington has sold for $1.2 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd.

The original cottage was built in 1933 and then expanded with more recent additions. It has water views and modern updates, including a large kitchen with a center island, and an outdoor entertaining area. The property has deeded water access steps from the house.

Residential Properties represented both sides of the transaction, with its Friedman Real Estate Group representing the seller and agent Elizabeth Kirk acting as the buyer’s agent.
