Nery has facilitated the sale of Ryan Electric Construction of Warwick to Sullivan & McLaughlin of Boston.

PROVIDENCE – Ryan Electric Construction Inc., based in Warwick, was sold to Sullivan & McLaughlin Co. of Boston this week, according to the Nery Corp.

The Nery Corp., located in New Bedford, which represented the seller, specializes in assisting New England-based owners and companies sell, buy and value their companies, with transaction values of $1 million to $20 million.

Terms of the details were not disclosed.

Ryan Electric Construction, a union electrical contractor, works with Local 99 Providence and Local 103 & 104 Boston and employs nearly 30 master journeymen and apprentice electricians. The company focuses on commercial customers for high-voltage underground electric construction, overhead lines, power houses and general electric construction.
