What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? A primary modification we have made to support employee wellness is our focus on healthy, family-friendly schedules that include flexible work arrangements. Other initiatives include: in-house wellness incentive program, walking club, Wellness Wednesday breakfast and lunches providing healthy foods, access to online yoga programs at a desk or at home.
