Middletown – Systems Engineering Associates Corp. was awarded a five-year, $9.7 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command to support the Combat Systems Department of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, the company announced Tuesday.
Under the contract, SEA Corp. and its team of subcontractors will continue to provide trainer systems support services in system engineering and prototyping, certification and regression testing, verification and validation, software and hardware configuration management, system administration, system deployment and program integration, the company said.

Learn MoreThe company also announced it was selected for a $770,000 Phase II contract under the Federal Small Business Innovative Research program. The company said the Phase II work will allow SEA Corp. to enhance its Portable Weapon Launch System components.
