The Middletown-based naval defense contractor enjoyed 45.7% growth in revenue from 2021 through 2023, including $137.7 million last year. For SEACORP’s team, it’s onward and upward.
“In recent years there has been a purposeful and resourced strategy to bid on larger and an even broader array of contracts,” said John Laurent, SEACORP’s vice president of human resources. “We have made significant investment in our business development and finance areas to support the dual-prong growth strategy, leveraging our technical expertise with credentialed defense contracting professionals.”
Among the military support contracts SEACORP was awarded are a $90 million, five-year contract with the U.S. Navy in March for Undersea Warfare Strike Systems. SEACORP will continue to be the prime contractor and will provide system engineering, technical services and materials for current and future submarine strike systems, weapons and payload control systems.
