What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? Some of our programs include daily check-in staff meetings via Microsoft Teams to see how everyone is doing and if they need any help with anything. We also provide personal protective equipment for all employees, and continuous conversation and support on how to deal with Covid-19. We also have various themed conversations that include motivational phrases, and an online after-hours Jeopardy competition.

Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes! We just moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art office in July 2019. Seven months later, we had only three of our staff members left in the office. Thanks to technology and having most of our programs in the cloud, we transitioned very smoothly to working from home.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? We’ve always worked together in a formal office. Due to COVID-19, we added a work-from-home program that includes flexible schedules.
